With a need to increase awareness of all Workforce Boards located throughout North Carolina, Winnow created a brand identity and consistent messaging that help companies and job seekers understand the importance of this federally-funded program. The awareness is critically important to NC legislators and other elected officials as reform of the entire workforce system in North Carolina continues to evolve as NC Works. Winnow works with the North Carolina Association of Workforce Boards (NCAWDB) in many capacities to help with communications, marketing and administration.
